Lost White Cat!! Last night I was taking out the trash and the door blew open long enough for our 10 month old special needs kitty Stephen to run out! He is a half blind, white-with-orange face-and-top-of-tail mixed short haired cat with blue eyes— he cannot see well and was born partially deaf. He is neutered and CHIPPED!!! Please PLEASE we are offering a reward for his return- please, my 9 year old daughter is devastated, she loves that cat more than anything else. We NEVER let him outside because he cannot see well and he is very skittish. Any information or help please call or text 757-377-4287. 8615 Morwin St Right next to the corner.Spread the Word
