Do not send money to someone claiming to need money to ship your pet to you; this is a common scam. Always meet the the person who is claiming to have your cat in a public place. If you run into any difficulties with the person claiming to have found your cat contact the local authorities to help resolve the situation.

$500 REWARD!! My new cat, Keith, has been missing since 7/22. He’s a sweet docile boy. He’s microchipped. His chip number is 987000008696712. He’s on medication for anxiety. I’m sure he needs it, especially, because he’s lost. I only had him for three days when escaped from his carrier and he’s been indoors so he doesn’t know this area. I drove to Pennsylvania to get him from a rescue there. He only has his 2 front teeth. Eating will be difficult for him. If there is anyone out there that feeds ferals, would you, please, check to see if you have this new guy joining the group and let me know? Does anyone have a drone or a thermal imaging camera that can help me find him? If you have security cameras, could you please check them to see if he’s been around? That may really help. From one video that was sent to me, I was able to track down the house of a very caring couple. They’ll keep an eye out and let me know if they see him again. He escaped from FlynnSpread the Word
